She graduated from the Linguistic High School with important experiences abroad to complete her studies
She has twenty-five years of experience in prestigious insurance companies (Cigna) and in international broking companies (Johnson & Higgins). She collaborated with Roberto Villa, General Manager of UNIA, in Revasa S.p.A, a broker specialized in covering construction risks.
She contributed to the foundation and development of one of the first Italian brokerage firms in the trade credit sector.
Antonella Malugani contributed in 1995 to the foundation of CIA srl, one of the first broking firms in Italy to specialized in credit risk, political risk and insurance guarantees, following the events up to the merger with Aon Italia.
Since 2002 she has been a partner and co-founder of UNIA , where she is the Head of Client Service in Italy, coordinating the management of leading international industrial groups.
